its often said that misery aint determined by appearances. but if it hurts enough the appearances cant be hidden no? then again that depends on the kinda person one is. people who know me, would know that when shit happens, it's kinda written all over my face. or my entire physical being for that matter. only good thing that comes outa it is..that i get closer to that 48kg mark! (which is NEVER attainable no matter how miserable i am may i add =s) so when at some point in time..shit happens..and the tears dont fall..when its not about screaming silence but about not trying to scream at all..and people say im strong when i know im not..it makes me wonder if it's cause it doesnt matter as much to me as it does another person who's been through the same shit.

yet..i do love my mom. i miss her. so much.

i now have channel 51 playing right in front of me. its a certain actor-host-singer wannabe-ed*s*n ch*n making a complete fool of himself. oops. did i just imply that this certain someone's a guy? i did mean..making a fool of ITself. just to..maintain suspense..id leave it to you guys to guess the sex of this certain somebody. and THEN, following that mtv, is one of rihanna singing her overplayed-though-its-nice, not-so-new single; umbrella. i heard a remix that day which had some other male singer go "i want you to be my cinderella ella ella ella eh eh eh.." like..errm ok good attempt but..=s oh and i did hear that she has a new line of..uhm..yea no points for guessing, BROLLIES for sale. hawhawhaw. it comes in three colors if im not wrong. pink, white, and the ever-so-famous lead brolly of the mtv, black.

speaking of brollies, zhuo peiyi very kindly lent me a very cool black one. just that instead of the word RIHANNA or.. UMBRELLA for that matter on it, was the word NTUC FAIRPRICE. why why of course im proud of our local supermarket. just that that umbrella was rather uncoperative. as kok as the lender may i add.

"hello! ok where do you want to go for lunch? can we go budget? something cheap. cine foodcourt?" goldie said waving rather excitedly.

"wait can you help me hold the umbrella?" peiyi said with a pretty grin as she closed it.

"sure!" goldie replied with an equally pretty smile with a pinch of suger added to it. (aw come on. let me imagine im pretty and sweet for once will ya.)

"AH!" goldie exclaimed.
well you see, with the brolly facing down, it BURST open. (yes i did mean BURST in every sense of the word.) forcing peiyi to jump to her right.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. OOPS i forgot to tell you there's something wrong with this umbrella." peiyi laughed heartily.

"grrrrrr." goldie growled as she lifted the brolly wanting to close it.

"AHHH!" peiyi's skirt came up with the brolly.

cooking mama.

i am proud to announce that i am one step closer to becoming a..housewife. of which..tai tais are a sub branch of..=s i have learnt how to COOK QUITE SOME DISHES! (yes i know tai tais do not COOK. but they STILL need to know HOW to cook before they can teach their foriegn helpers how to do up dishes like abalone, birds' nest and sharksfin no?)

here are some dishes i have whipped up...

1) mushrooms with pork, uhm..carrots, egg and cabbage SOUP! ooh its rather yummaye with RICE or so ive heard =D

2) mushroom and pork porridge which is rather yummaye on its own! or so ive heard! =D

3) 猪扒包 - apparantly the 猪扒 without the 包 is nice too! or so ive heard! =D

4) how can i forget my GOLDENIE FRIED RICE which is an all time favourite may i add! or so ive heard! =D
